Common questions
How do I know the status of my laptop?
You get a ticket number when you hand over the laptop. You receive WhatsApp updates and can also check it on our Track page with the ticket number and your mobile number.
Do you repair laptops still under brand warranty?
Yes. We check it and, where the warranty covers the problem, we take it to the brand's authorised service centre for you and track it until it comes back.
Is there a checking charge if I do not repair?
If you decide not to go ahead with the repair after we inspect the laptop, a minimum inspection charge applies. We tell you this before we start.
