Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 Oct 2026

This policy explains how The Computer Admin ("we", "us") handles information you share on shop.tcasatna.com.

What we collect

• Details you type into our forms: name, mobile number, email, and your message or order details.
• Basic technical data that every website receives: IP address, browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, give a quotation, process your order and arrange pickup or delivery.
• To issue GST invoices and keep the records the law requires.
• To send service or order updates by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share it only with those who must have it to serve you (for example a courier delivering your order or a brand's service centre handling a warranty claim), or when the law requires it.

Payments

If you pay online, the payment is handled by a licensed payment gateway. We do not see or store your card or bank login details.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your details (except records we must keep by law) by writing to tcasatna@gmail.com or calling 07672-403888.
